5 years ago, Institute for Justice launched our Project on Immunity & Accountability to rip down barriers between rights and remedies. In that time, we've had 5 cases go to SCOTUS, launched 40 more, and litigated across 20 states. We do a LOT more, but as a lawyer I'm extra proud of our cases.

Three years ago, I begged Conway, NH to leave Leavitt’s—and the kids’ mural of muffins and doughnuts—alone. Sean and his bakery didn’t start this food fight. But thanks to us at Institute for Justice, hopefully it’s finally over. wsj.com/us-news/law/ba… via The Wall Street Journal

It is Peak 2025-at-SCOTUS for the Court to signal the likely overruling of Humphrey’s Executor on the emergency docket. But I also think this is basically fine: What they actually say is pretty reasonable and they have thought about this issue extensively already.
