People can forget that we “want”, and what “is” are very different...

Anger is antithetical to loving kindness.

Take the pressure off. Look at meeting like minded people as a possible new friendship. Friendship is about chemistry.

When I #praise what is, it helps to restore my world. #love

Rest into discomfort. Then feel the subtle path.

Ways to protect yourself from less subtle, robotic people: • Stay constant to your subtle beingness. • Accept situation without feeling you need to let go of your subtle consciousness. • Trying to change plastic unsubtle people will take you away from your own subtle flow.
