There are definitely at least 500 to 1000 people protesting in downtown Knoxville right now. Good for them genuinely. Believe in what you want (they can be right or wrong) but people should always have the right to protest peacefully.

I gotta tell yall…the professional job market right now (corporate attorney in my case) is absolutely awful. Put in hundreds of applications, get like 3 call backs, no offers. Rinse, repeat. I know we’re at full employment according to statistics, but getting a job is hard.

Baseball is one of those sports where you carry a ton of athletes and every year there’s gonna be a significant amount of turnover, including sometimes one or two you don’t expect. But you’ll also get a transfer or two that you didn’t expect as well. Name of the game.

iOS 26! Beta update… It’s nice there’s not a lot to get used to. Some of the design choices are weird but nothing that breaks my brain. As with all beta, the heat that comes off this phone is insane now and the battery life suffers, but it is what it is.
