We got tons of support after the recent news that the city was holding back our approval unless we pay a $300,000 "affordable housing" fee. Fortunately, that fee will soon be a thing of the past! The SF Planning Commission voted to eliminate the fee tiktok.com/t/ZP8NxyG1V/
