Too much travel for work and vacation - but the khakis still fit 😎

Did a body scan after more than a year and I was happy to find that I gained 8.6 lbs of muscle, 0.4 lbs of fat feel like a big strong fella (300 lb bench) - pleasantly surprised at my dad bod plus -not a bodybuilder but I’m stronger and (relatively) leaner - yeah - fk abs! 😎
