Well said, coach. When you choose a college to attend, your experience will be based on the people you are around. The people make the experience. The people!

You know when a player asks for “one more?” Is that you?! This is what I’ve learned in my career when players ask for “one more” at the end & what to do instead. Send the 2 minute episode to someone who needs to hear this. 👊🏻 podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/suc…

F*** IT! Act as if it were impossible to fail. If you were playing in the College World Series of Omaha championship series, how would you script it?! Michael Jordan would admit he had butterflies but he learned to get them flying in the right direction (control). I’d tell the team 👇🏼

Want to play college baseball? Well, if it were easy, everyone would get a opportunity. Remember, around 95% of kids get told no. Stay patient and keep pushing for that top percent. If you’re good enough, your time will come. #Recruiting #Uncommitted

If you’re preparing like the other 95% who won’t get a college opportunity then you’ll get that same result. If you want to be in the top 5% you must be willing to do what the other 95% WON’T do. Then you must stay consistent. That’s what I teach #JKAthletes

If you’re an infielder and you bobble the ball in catch play or drill work just know that it will 100% translate to the game. A bobble in college or pro’s is the difference between safe and out. Grab the ball!

The difference between an uncommitted 2026 and a committed 2026 might be just 15 pounds. Four years ago, weight didn’t matter as much. Now? Coaches are looking for present tools and physicality that projects. Control what you can.
