I get my health care from the VA. They are slowly phasing out oral pain medication and prescribing lidocaine patches to use where you have pain. I was very skeptical about trying them but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try them. The first patch I used actually reduced my pain!

I use the VA for all my healthcare. They are slowly trying to phase out oxycodone little by little. I am down to 1 10mg every 12 hours and it doesn’t last that long. My Dr. Gave me lidocaine patches to try. I put one on and it lowered my pain from a 7 to a 3. I was amazed

I hope everyone had a great summer. It is officially Fall now and it is my favorite time of year in the Pacific Northwest. The trees are turning color and you need to wear a jacket at night. I love being able to open windows. How bout everyone else, what’s your favorite season?
