After four days of solid operation, I've restarted my hub on 2.6.0 and am ready to consider it in production. At this time, there is no need for peer reservations as the hub is not even close to capacity.

1/ The Credentials feature on XRPL is now live! It gives developers and businesses a way to handle identity checks and compliance requirements directly on-chain, without the need to manually approve each account one by one.

For those running an XRPL node, the hub's hostname is "hub . distributedagreement . com" (without the spaces). The peer port is 51235. The "peer_private" flag will be respected for those peers that set it.
