Dinner tonight was an easy one. Some Quesadillas, some with leftover lamb & some with shredded rotisserie chicken. I also added some capsicum dip which I need to use, as a spread, cheese, tomato & baby spinach. Very yum! 😋 Have a great evening everyone 🥰
