IL-2, IL-33 & Retinoic Acid activation increase ILC1 levels in RRMS, compared to lower ILC2 in inactivated conditions. While MS disease progression index (PI) in RRMS is associated with ratios of IL-10+ ILC1/ILC1, c-Kit+ ILC2/c-Kit-ILC2, and CCR6* ILC2/ILC2. Check this out👇
