Looking back to 2016 when I completed the 10,000 kettlebell swing challenge. 20 workouts of 500 swings with 20kg bell. Amazing program that leaned me down & grew my ass a lot ( per the wife )! Also resulted in weeks of bloody hands but worth the effort! #kettlebellchallenge

I think it would be much better if the equestrian riders had to run alongside the horses , just Iike dog owners do with agility course dogs. At least they would do more than just…..ride?
