I find it astounding that other welshmen think extra 20mph speed limits are a reason to feel society is failing but free prescriptions, free child lunches and free train travel for kids is not worth keeping. These help people poorer (and sicker) than me but I’m glad they exist.

All change with “the sheets” from 10 November. They will cover french hurdles only but will statt covering uk & itish bumpers, novices, juvenile and maiden hurdles. Just shout if you’re interested.

I’ve just watched that Zac Purton ride and it was weak as piss to be fair. Not sure what the few performative flicks up the straight were about when he’d stopped riding.

If I’m understanding the new proposals (big if) on pension contributions, all contributions over £2k pa will get a NI charge on income. At a cap of £2k, pa thats an increase on anyone over £24k pa paying statutory 8% into a pension. Cant be right? V happy to be corrected.

Kitzbuhel jumped as well as he ever will with a solo and beat Thomas Mor 2 lengths, Wendigo (wrong track) 3 lengths and Salver (not jump v well) by 5. Blue D'Oroux was only beaten 26 and he hit most of the fences. Don't know, not feeling it.
