Creating small habits can have such a huge impact. I started a little project with my 5th grade class, where I am trying to be a better teacher for all my students. Simply with a check-in. Over the course of a few weeks, you can see some results. Slowly but sure I will get there!

You know I gotta show love to my Waterbarian people!

What a humbling feeling it was to sit in front of the military and have them ask "How could we build something together." From brainstorming field trips to getting military personnel to make surprise visits to schools. It was an amazing feeling, I can not thank them enough!
