I can't speak for everyone, but I find terminally fucking stupid people far more offensive than people battling with tourettes syndrome.

An ICU nurse explains why she no longer recommends that people register as organ donors: “My change of heart began years ago with a patient who suffered a catastrophic health event and was being kept barely alive by machines… They could no longer consciously communicate, but

Kiki Mordi People keep saying that an apology would "cost him nothing". Bullshit. We can see how much it would cost. He must have been forced by others to apologise so many times throughout his life, especially when he was a child. I can hardly imagine what that would do to a child.

This is just heartbreaking. 1: 4 adults with Tourette's and 1: 10 children have attempted suicide. Demanding apologies from someone whose life is centred around a paroxysmal involuntary behaviour is tin eared.

My Gran had Alzheimer's disease before she died, she kept forgetting my name. I assumed that was the disease and couldn't help it, now I understand that doesn't matter. I wish she was still alive so I could shout at her and call her rude fucking bitch and demand an apology.

The iced latte class are all for neurodiversity and think it’s all cute fun and trendy - until they meet someone like John who is actually neurodiverse and not some tik tok influencer pretending to have adhd for likes Then they change their tune

It's been a long time since I have seen this clip of me from back when I was 8 and I won't lie watching it back is still distressing to this day. If I could go back I would tell myself, don't worry it will get better. I hope though the clips resurfacing from the documentaries

Le_Sorelle_Arduino KPSS BAFTA Kemi Badenoch BBC I agree. I would have bleeped it out just to protect John Davison from the ignorant knuckle grazers (largely black Americans) who are criticising him. I don’t believe anyone is genuinely hurt by this. They are pretending outrage in their never ending relentless pursuit of

Shadow🇯🇲 Mark Hirst Someone has an epileptic fit and knocks over your drink. You're expecting an apology in that situation too? Get out of here with that nonsense.

Jen Cullen (@jencullen2) 's Twitter Profile Photo

R. Jordan Justin L. Hunte 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 It's YOU who has zero understanding. You are ignorant and intolerant. Someone with epilepsy has a grand mal seizure in the cinema. Movie has to be stopped. Paramedics called etc. Your night is ruined, poor you. Are you expecting an apology from that person too?

There is a bit missing in the clip. John was returning from an interview for a job, which he thought went really badly, that was when first met that girl. He got home, was told he had actually got the job, a moment of sheer joy, his first adult job. He was sent out to get a

Unbelievable cowardice & duplicity from Aontú Peadar Tóibín TD. They subjected Aisling Considine to disciplinary proceedings for calling a man, a man, while pretending to oppose the GRA? Disgraceful. Latching onto a cause in public. Supporting it behind closed doors. Shameful. #Aontu

You know what would be awesome. If at least one of these two came out and said: "We've looked in Tourettes and John Davidson and his life story and all is forgiven. He clearly meant no harm." But they won't and that says more about their character than John's.

I keep hearing that Americans aren’t aware of Tourette’s. Not convinced. I remembered seeing an episode of LA Law about Tourette’s and I managed to find it. This is from 1991. So 25 years ago. Interestingly it uses the “n word” and the explains that the person can’t help it.
