Not a bad 10k race day! Jeffreys first 10k and he ran back to back 5k PRs running 44:08 (his 5k PR is 22:19) and took 2nd in his age group and 84th out of 1,702. I probably went out too slow, but ran negative splits the whole way and finished strong. First 10k in many years
