What is the greatest thing I can do if God guides me through my discomfort? (Found this question in my meditation/prayer journal. Thought someone else might need to ponder it, as well. I still am.)

It is easier to hate from a distance and it is easier to hate what you don’t know. Entering into each other’s story is the antidote to hatred. I hope I can do this well in 2021.

I thank God for my Father who is starting his second term as elected Constable of Pct 2 in Nacogdoches TX. Like my father, my brother and I dedicated our lives to public service and serve as school district police chiefs. We were blessed to be part of his swearing in ceremony.
