For National Girls & Women in Sports Day, we honor UHSAA assistant director Jan Whittaker. Jan was an educator for 30+ years at Bountiful High, where she coached the BHS Mandonelles to 18 state drill titles, also serving as the Braves' boys golf coach. #MyReasonWhy #NGWSD

A Utah officiating pioneer, Teresa Turner was the 1st female lead official in a UHSAA 6A Boys🏀Championship, which occurred in 2018 between Lone Peak HS, UT & Pleasant Grove High School Vikings.
