Except for lying to investigators (don't lie to investigators!) this seems flimsy. What's wrong with trading around your positions? And if you are lucky enough to be able to move markets with legitimate investment theses, shouldn't that kind of "manipulation" be ok?

Honestly would have thought today’s “delay”, which keeps the 10% across-the-board tariff in place for countries that want to make a deal, would be neutral to bearish.

For me, one of the main benefits of making some money is not having to wear a gimp suit for anybody. To each his own.
