Delighted to say Saint Mary’s University now has some eclipse glasses (ISO certified) from Celestial Optical. Each of the Deans offices have 200 for distribution to students, staff and faculty. Don't mind saying they look like superhero masks! 😀Awesome design job by Danielle B.

A neat demo of flame retardance + char formation with one of our halogen-free PN cage polymers (<40% C by wt). Oxidized carbon (CO, CO2) evaporates exposing fresh cotton to the flames. Oxidized inorganics don't evaporate, forming a protective oxide layer (char). Dalhousie Chemistry
