Dear Lufthansa USA, you keep cancelling your flights, throwing students plans of visiting home in a limbo! Do you expect a young student to spend hours pleading your call centre executives for his rightful rebooking on a flight, ticket for which has been paid thru the nose! 1/4

2/4 My son had a flight booked for 20th December, you kept cancelling the flight for days, throwing his plans in disarray! He has to vacate his hostel in Atlanta and now thanks to your inconsiderate attitude towards passengers, he has nowhere to stay co you are not issuing 3/4

3/4 him a an alternate flight and instead giving him a ridiculous flight with a 26 freaking hour layover!?!?!? He didn't pay you through his nose for this harassment! Is this the way a leading airline harasses it's young travellers!

I request DGCA the The FAA ✈️ MoCA_GoI the relevant indian aviation authorities to look into this blatant violation of traveller rights! It's take hours to reach through your call centre and still no reprive for a rightful ticket holder! Do not take us for granted! 4/4
