Three easy steps: (1) look for the capital of technocapital in the US (SF) (2) put a new city next to it that lets you build (3) co-locate the entire electric stack (batteries / motors / power electronics / all the stuff in a phone)

If CA and the Democratic Party is serious about "Abundance" they will make this or something of this scale happen. If not, it's merely talk. Same for the Republicans and MAGA, in terms of peeling back red tape and the state and federal level and greenlighting ambitious projects
