Day 7: Northern Ireland. It feels impossible to pick my favorites but here are a few I don’t want to forget. We enjoyed exploring Dunluce Castle, Giant’s Causeway, eating one of my favorite meals of the trip at Causeway Hotel, and then learning at the Titanic Museum in Belfast.

When I find a place beautiful and inspiring I often find myself thinking “I wish I could sit right here and write for a bit”. This thought came to mind at every stop we made this day. Time well spent.
