After many years of installing only Rolec chargers i fear i have may just installed my last as i have just been tokd tgey will only pay me £40 to rerurn to the job and fix replacment faukty oarts under warranty 1.5hr riund trip plus time there and diesel dosent seem fair !

So i used @evonestop for a rolec charger and they delivered the wrong colour charger. They now expect me to make a 30-40 minute round trip to drop the incorrect item off at their nominated carrier, rather than arrange collection. Poor service i think. Thoughts please ?
