A simple walk in a forest can be the best cure for most modern problems, which are mostly psychological - disconnected from the way life works. Perhaps it is no coincidence that the word contains both "for" and "rest." Perhaps it is a place designed to reconnect us with life.

Spirituality doesn't require silence, simplicity, or exile from society. Play, laugh, and live boldly—just don't confuse the game of appearances and social role-playing with who you are. Live in both worlds, play many roles, knowing that your true nature remains unchanged.

I have noticed that when people use the word "life" (or even "reality"), they usually mean only human life in society. But in fact, social life is just a tiny aspect of life—an expression of human creativity. It's engaging but quite irrelevant to the whole creation that is life.

The most radical act in a world obsessed with doing is to simply be. When we do it, when we are present and still, we are at home. Call it a meditation practice or whatever you want, but do it every now and then, at least for a while, to keep your sanity and refresh yourself.

The funny thing is that deep down, everyone is whole, free, and, in fact, enlightened, and almost everything else is a drama of "poor little us in a strange world." So, there's nothing we can do to be whole, free, or enlightened because we already are—we just play like we're not.

I love and appreciate everyone who uses this space to share their passions (including bread recipes and cat videos), explore their curiosity, and genuinely connect with others instead of getting caught up in silly games of power and influence. You're awesome. Keep it up.

Just spent 2–3 minutes writing down 12 things I'm thankful for today. Damn, it really shifts the perspective—even on a tough day. Feels great. Time well spent. I have to do this more often, and I absolutely recommend giving it a try—especially on days when you’re feeling down.

We can't fix a fundamental disconnection with better abstractions. We can't heal a spiritual disease with political medicine. We can't awaken from the dream by rearranging the furniture inside it. irrelevantmatters.com/why-systemic-c…

This nation vs that nation. This race, this ideology, this religion—versus theirs. “Us” vs “Them” in endless disguises, century after century. Now, Israel and Iran… Sometimes I wonder how ridiculous all this human nonsense must look from above. The endless scramble for power

The ego cannot change itself. What we call change is only life returning us to what was always here. Freedom isn’t becoming someone new, but realizing we were never anything else. Here’s my latest piece: irrelevantmatters.com/why-youll-neve…

And isn’t it funny that every child knows the secret by nature—pretending to be explorers, teachers, kings and queens in kindergarten? The bell rings, and they laugh. But adults take the game too seriously, and so what should be play becomes suffering.

My new essay introduces a new ‘Lifestyle’ tag on the blog — a space where philosophy, spirituality, and everyday life will meet. It also looks at what happens when spirituality drifts too far from life itself. irrelevantmatters.com/back-to-the-ca…

Writers are now changing their punctuation to prove they’re human. In the age of AI, attention economy, and digital culture, even the em dash has turned into a test of authenticity — proof of humanity in modern writing. Here’s my latest essay: irrelevantmatters.com/the-strange-ca…
