Spent the evening in the Children’s ED as part of our UHS Transformation Team flow observations. Was astounded by how welcoming the staff were with great improvement ideas whilst working hard together to give great care in a very busy department. very impressed! Southampton Children's Hospital

Spent a few hours observing again in Children’s ED this evening. Department was strained with a lot of attendances, high acuity and limited flow out. But what I saw was a team working seamlessly together with a laugh and a smile providing great care
