I contacted Aeroméxico on October 14 about a back injury preventing me from traveling, I have completed all they asked for including a doctor's excuse. Was told they would let me know by November 2. Now they are telling me 10 more days. Bad business from a big company.

Do not fly Aeroméxico - I bought a ticket, had a back injury, followed their steps including submitting a doctors note. First, they told me that they would get back to me on 11/2, then they said 10 days from submitting (on 10/28) then they told me 10-15 days; still nothing.
