I turn 30 in two months

Build clarity, not urgency. Focus on systems over motivation, skills over titles, health over hustle, and meaning over comparison. Be consistent, set boundaries, and take responsibility progress compounds quietly when aligned with purpose.

I’ve been reading more and it’s helped me immensely. I also look up almost every word I either second guess or simply do not know. After I read, I take time to summarize the words to help retain knowledge. I feel sharper and my analysis is stronger in my work and research.

You can’t fail at being you.

Let go of any distractions.

There is something powerful about honouring your word. When you say you’ll do something and you actually do it, you start building trust with yourself even when no one is watching.

I definitely have worked on this heavy the past 1-2 years. There’s times when the overstimulation from people overwhelm/social burnout is simply… too overwhelming though 😩
