Top 8 swings from today and my 1st session in gym in September. Average exit velocity is up over 5 mph. Just played a month in Florida where the jump in power translated to 5 HR and 11 EBH in just 69 At Bats. Going this weekend to play against several AA and Pioneer league teams

Pulldown PR of 91.6 today! This time last year I could barely lift my arm to throw. Bat speed is also back up towards where I was before breaking my hand and the swing is feeling good. Ready to show it off in Ogden next weekend for the Pioneer League tryout 🔥

Decided to get back to doing what feels natural and being as athletic and comfortable as possible in the box. Bat speeds are up and today I had some of my best rounds against 100 mph sinkers
