Finlay Pollock looked brilliant for Raith yesterday. Quick, direct, intelligent, constantly either creating chances or winning fouls. It’s strange that he’s not played a minute in the first team this year. He’s the exact type of wide player we are screaming out for.

If Naismith is sacked it will be interesting to see if Bloom helps with the recruitment, alongside Graeme Jones et al. It’s not unusual for an outside firm to help with manager recruitment, as we saw with Aberdeen and BPTC. A kind of “try before you buy” scenario.

Good performance Friday in our 3-0 win away to Haka, but the most pleasing thing was the debut made by a 2007 born player in Gabriel Oksanen. One of the best things about being a coach is, being able to help young people. Congratulations to Gabby on a well earned opportunity!
