Every few years, we see another report on how the healthcare system can support domestic abuse victims/survivors. IRISi interventions already provides an evidenced based solution, impacting both sectors and patients experiencing domestic abuse. They need less talk and more funding!

What the The Guardian didn’t say: ➡️The NHS is aware of a national, evidence-based model called IRIS. ➡️IRIS is recommended in NICE guidance and proven to improve outcomes. ➡️However, it’s not being adequately funded and remains at the mercy of short-term commissioning cycles.
