Lifts aren't a "nice to have"... They are as critical a part of many people's journeys as the trains themselves. The reliability of lifts should be greater than the reliability of trains, yet across the country lift failures are commonplace. It's not good enough.

Officially my CrossCountry Trains train to Southampton after having to force my way through people standing in the aisles to get to my prebooked wheelchair space and then having to wrench UNCLAIMED luggage out of the wheelchair space in order to park
