Yesterday Winning Scotland provided the chance to listen, learn & reflect on the difference a Growth Mindset can make. Spoiler alert: we are ALL a mix of both growth & fixed mindsets and takes practice. Being out of our comfort zone can boost our confidence, resilience & energy
