Day 7 of #ArtAdventCalendar ! This piece was my first ever attempt at #oilpainting & I totally fell in love! I was super proud of even attempting oils in the first place. #ArtTherapy teaches me that I don't need to be perfect and fear of something new is normal. #mentalhealth

Day 8 of #ArtAdventCalendar! This was my first relief abstract art piece using drywall compound & painted acrylic over it. I love the unintentional cracks making it felt earthy. #ArtTherapy helped me learn to be creative again & find joy in "happy little mistakes" #mentalhealth

I know I haven't been around. It was a difficult few weeks. Anyways, I finally got around to finishing this one inspired by a mass produced piece for #ArtAdventCalendar day 24! I made this for someone so it wasn't #ArtTherapy and I now realise the difference. #mentalhealth
