Motivation is: “GET OUT THERE AND GET SHI* DONE!” . . . Actionable Motivation is: “GET OUT THERE AND GET SHI* DONE! 1) Make a task list the night before 2) Prioritize high value items and block out 10 minute increments… 3) etc… Which style brings more value?

Work with integrity and empathy. I bet you’ll see incredible results!

Changing who you are is not a bad thing. The YOU that you are right now, may not be who YOU need to be right now. Determine the characteristics, the traits, and personality that you need to acquire to be who you want and need to be. Change is not bad. #ReminderToMyself

Everyday is a good day to express your feelings for those that you love.

If all you do all day is make “To-Do” lists…you will never get anything done.

It’s just taking “massive action” that guarantees success. It’s the right Actions that make a difference. You can throw a thousand darts blindfolded, but until you have a target in sight, you’re not going to hit the target effectively.
