If you don’t cry or show a high level of emotion after losing the way the Sixers did last night, then you’re simply not trying hard enough. When you put your blood, sweat & tears into something, defeat can be very tough to swallow.

We say “men don’t show enough emotion” and then when they do, some decide to ridicule them for it. I don’t get it.

Congratulations to IMGA alumni Javier Ezquerra Trelles for winning his 1st Championship as a pro in the Baloncesto Super Nacional (BSN) league of Puerto Rico. From former camper to champion, playing in his home town for his childhood team. Can’t draw it up any better.

4 year career at IMGA, 4 years at Wagner. 1st year as a pro. Always played hard & fearless. Used to turn it over a bit and I used to let him know about it, has corrected it averaging less than 1 turnover per game as a rookie while playing 3rd most minutes. Awesome to see.
