Bridie joined IKB in 2015 in our temporary accommodation as we waited for our school to be built. She was the only girl in the year group! Bridie is now at University of Derby studying Motorsport Engineering and is loving it. You continue to make us proud Bridie. Keep up the great work!

Great to visit Year 12 student Jack Summers on work placement today at GWR. Jack gave the placement 10/10 and he will be applying for their apprenticeship scheme this time next year to start September 2021 once he finishes IKB Sixth Form. Keep up the great work, Jack!

Great to visit Year 12 student Jonathan Stock on his work placement with Network Rail. Jonathan wants to design trains for a living so what better way of getting an understanding of the railways infrastructure than with this amazing company. Keep up the great work Jonathan!

Fantastic to visit Year 12 student Triada yesterday on her placement with Horstman Defence Systems in Bath. Here she is on her last day receiving her certificate from Deputy MD, Mark Allemby. Mark was quick to praise Triada as being a credit to young female engineers!
