Sometimes I have to remind myself Rome was not built in a day. Stay patient, Work hard, Believe in myself and what I am trying to accomplish and know that time can be your friend see the vision and DO NOT lose hope. Amen

As a coach, I know the value of practice. Good training is often more like crockpot cooking vs microwave cooking. Crockpot cooking does not seems like it will work, but after 6-8 hrs, the food tastes great. Be patient, persistent, & focused - good things will follow. Press on!

I try to live up to these behaviors. Doesn’t always happen, but I give it my best. I tell our student-athletes, cannot promise what time I can get you to, but I will match anyone’s motivational level. Bottom line, I want our people to be better people when all is said & done.
