I see everyone on here is an expert in pre sentence reports today despite having never tweeted about pre sentence reports before. Didn't hear anyone complaining when Grayling's reforms disadvantaged everyone by limiting pre sentence reports in 2014.

Jim Brown They can start by getting rid of omic. We may have enough staff then to deliver sentence management in the community. This would lead to more manageable caseloads.
