Truly humbled and honoured to become a Master of Culinary Arts alongside some of the best in our country. There are far too many to name but thank you to all of the people who have mentored me over the years, offered me advice and taught me what I know.

Yarlington, a cider-washed cheese, won Gold at the recent World Cheese Awards. Sam Wilkin tells me how it was created in a partnership between himself, David Jowett King Stone Dairy + Tom Oliver on FoodFM Peter's Yard A Slice of Cheese. foodfmradio.com/programmes/a-s…

Revisiting one of my fave museums, the Norge Folkemuseum in Oslo. It’s a park full of rescued ancient buildings. Very atmospheric on a November afternoon strolling down muddy paths with farm animals adding to the deserted rustic romance

10 Years Ago. Kathy and I left our jobs we rented a very small unit and bought a 2nd hand fridge from a kebab shop (all we could afford!) 10 years later, thanks to all your support we're still here.
