The reason every election is "the most important of our lifetime" is because Congress is broken. That means the powers of SCOTUS and POTUS are exaggerated. Our nation wasn't designed to be controlled by 9 Justices and 1 President. The "checks" are out of balance.

We’ve travelled a few times down in the Hill Country of Texas. The news from there is heartbreaking. Stories of heroism and loss that will shape us for years to come.
