Nobody talks about it but Granit is a man-giant of a midfielder. Look at that size and the mobility on him. Monstrous.

I don't know if anyone saw it but Rodri struggled AGAIN to win his duels against Liverpool attackers in the transition. Could have been sent off before halftime. At the very highest level, I don't want a holding midfielder who can't reliably win duels against good players.

Funny enough, this would have been the season that Zinchenko got his chance had he stayed at City. They've had to use Rico, Walker, Stones as the proto holding midfielder and Bernardo Silva from LB.

Had a rethink and I now believe Caicedo can play at 5 positions in our system. RB, LB, 6, RCM, LCM. I now understand the reports saying that we want both him and Declan Rice. Makes a lot of sense, actually. Bulletproofs the team's buildup.

Need to get BOTH Caicedo and Rice. Caicedo for his capacity to be the guy that does what Zinny does + value defensively (Reason Lisandro Martinez was No. 1 option) + other role usage. Rice to succeed Partey. I'd keep Jorginho for one more season in case. High end Elneny.

The links to Rice and Caicedo make sense now. Partey is the least mobile African midfielder of all time. The guy cannot run any more, Arsenal should look to move off of him in the summer.
