Annual search assessments and Module 7 training for our National Resilience USAR search dogs. This is Radar working well during her annual assessment NFCC National Resilience @HWFireHereford

2 crews from Evesham, 1 crew from @HWFireBroadway helped rescue a trapped person from a car involved in an RTC last night. 1 search dog from HWFIRE USAR and 1 drone from HWFire Ledbury helped search the local area for additional casualties as a precaution.

Morning visit from @HWFireChief (Thank-you boss) followed by a little bit of additional work towards our ongoing exercise for the team today!

Today spent in my other role as USAR technician. Day of Hot Cut training practicing all of our procedures and techniques for cutting different types of metal.

The K9 team was called out at 0300hrs this morning to assist the police with a missing 14 year old girl since 2000 hrs.Radar worked hard and located the girl safe and well although wet and cold, times like that make the hard work and training all worth while 😁🐕

A fantastic example of collaborative working between West Mercia Police West Mercia Police Dogs and HWFire Worcester today when HWFireUSARK9 and the drone were requested to find a time critical vulnerable person. Radar was quick to find the casualty. HWFireSCusack @HWFRS
