#FitnessForLife #Sexagenarian 1959 I do resistance🦵🏾xcises on 🦵🏾day, but I always finish with balance-stretching, plyometric push-ups, etc. I.e., xcises that challenge my🦵🏾ligs & joints. The off-bal stretch & plyometric push-up engage several 🦵🏾muscles: quads, hammies & calves.
