医師の労働供給減少が患者の死亡につながること、を2004年の新研修制度導入時の変化から示した飯塚さんと私の論文の議論です。新研修制度で大学の医局からの派遣が減少→地方病院への医師の供給減少→医師給与増加、診療科の閉鎖、患者の死亡数増加。 pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26337682/
