Do you know what "veraison" is? During the veraison phase the grapes change colour. The reddish colour starts to appear on the skin of red grape varieties and the translucent skin on white grape varieties.

Bottling and labelling are processes that require a lot of attention. The winery team takes this role with great responsibility.

Quinta de Valbom is an excellent choice to take on holidays! Made from a group of traditional Douro grape varieties, it shows a ripe red fruit aroma, integrated with floral and woody notes. In the mouth it is very balanced and elegant!

Today we harvested Alvarinho grape variety. This variety will be part of the Herdade dos Grous Reserva White blend, contributing with a fruity aroma and good acidity.

At Quinta de Valbom we are already forecasting a good start to the harvest! The maturation of most of the traditional Douro grape varieties which are part of our vineyards is with a great evolution, and soon we will have news!
