Zimbabwe to the world! Fun fact: Zim’s blueberry exports jumped from 5,800t (from 570ha) in 2023 to 8,000t (650ha) in 2024. 2025 forecast? 10,000t — up 25%. With better policy support, our growers can get even more Zim fruit to more tables around the world!

Nuts! Great sights from Mtawarira Fruit, Nut & Timber 🇿🇼! 👌🏾 Last year, Zimbabwe exported 1,620 tonnes of macadamia nuts. Behind these figures are the stories of our great farmers — macadamia is a test of patience, as the trees take years to mature.

Two fun facts: 🫐Thanks to Zim’s unique climate, our blueberries have a distinct size, taste, and texture 🫐Our blueberry harvest season runs from May to October; it gives us a head start to enter the market before other competitors. Thanks for sharing, Sharon!

From the fields of Chiredzi to retail shelves, this is what inclusive growth looks like. In Chiredzi, this dedicated group of farmers is growing the Michigan pea bean for Monty’s Beans. A shining example of the HDC Hub & Spoke model in action
