Plz stop. Also if he worked a "40 hour week" of playing violent games this means he was doing it almost 9 years before he snapped. You know what else he was doing all those 9 years? Eating at McDonald's. BAN MCDONALD'S.

Wow. Video games are so evil. Did you know that a guy told us he’d killed his sales manager at least 100 times with a rocket launcher? Awful.

Damian is a bad choice of Robin for this movie. They should just use Dick Grayson and then eventually build up to a Nightwing spinoff movie or TV show. Damian is marmite. I like him overall, but he’s very hard to sell to audiences, and I don’t think Gunn is up to the task.

Sir, with respect, you appear to not even know what an “X Box” is. This kind of 1990s alarmism isn’t going to get you anywhere. If you need more information about gaming, I’d highly recommend consulting one of the countless conservative gamers here on X.

Every time an evil person does some terrible thing, it’s exhausting (especially from the perspective of a conservative Christian game developer) to see the usual suspects blaming video games while knowing literally nothing about them. I genuinely don’t believe these people are

The main appeal of games stems from the agency to solve problems, whether through logic or creativity. Players love games that allow them their own approach and respond with believable consequences. Gaming is a poor fit for preaching, but a good fit for an immersive experience.

quit slop. try something weird. get lost. let the game surprise you. pause. explore. take a break. try that demo. admire art. tell a friend. laugh at bugs. revisit old games. be curious. don’t compare. experience your favorite game again. have fun. play indie games.

Very true. A majority in our society have not experienced a sudden, violent death of a loved one that upends their whole world. Those people do tend to get their ideas about this kind of grief from movies. Real grief in this scenario is a very, very different beast.

*sigh* This is kind of an obvious conclusion that you should probably have come to a long time ago, James Props for getting there in the end, though

can we please retire using the phrase “your truth” as if there’s a different version of the truth for every person, please and thank you

Good games prioritize fun gameplay. All the deep thoughts and feelings a developer may wish to express and contain within their game should come after that part is nailed.

I'm seeing quite a bit of comment about this, so I want to make a couple of points. I'm not owed eternal agreement from any actor who once played a character I created. The idea is as ludicrous as me checking with the boss I had when I was twenty-one for what opinions I should
