Red kite from the back garden yesterday evening.

Not sure if this is some kind of orchid, but it casts a solitary figure in the garden which I've left alone. Any i.ds please.

Two weeks ago on the levels, never seen the place so quiet but it was very windy unfortunately.

In a weeks time it will be a year we parted ways. I've understood hatred towards cats but this one was a dog in disguise, that I probably loved more than any human. One day I'll accept she's gone, but not this year for now until the next.
