I added hover highlighting to selection options and inventory items in version 0.1.2

Recombining items will be possible next patch, mixing affixes of both items. Useful when you have spare equipment or when you are out of runes. Good results not guaranteed!

Demo patch 0.1.3 live: Finally added an end boss, the demon. Added new rune, Rune of Honing, to upgrade affixes. And new encounter type: Treasure Chests!
