First 20 ton of beet arrived today ready to keep the ewes fit for lambing💪 and weaned calves dehorned and castrated with help from the vet. Productive day👌

Labour says 15% of land to come out of production, to go in to greening etc. We already can’t produce enough food, The world currently isn’t producing spare food. This is wealthy individuals in little bubbles, handing contracts to party investors. They don’t worry about us.

Been test driving the replacement for the quad for this lambing if the weather is anything close to last year🙈 nice break before we start lambing heavily and get into the summer work load!

Blueface leicester lambs starting to really fill out now, and are holding their own in this shit weather. Shed re-filled with some calves post lambing. Welsh twins enjoying some beet and are looking well. And Finally found a coffee mug which stays warm all milking🙌😂

Advice on software for movements of both cattle and sheep, medicine records etc... does not need to be fancy and I hope this means it wont be expensive😂 What is everyone using? Had a gut full of books and pieces of paper everywhere.
